How the crew plays
Road Reapers win blocks nobody was watching. Riders relocate across the board and get stronger for having moved, convoys pull the whole club to one street, and your rival has to defend three blocks against crew that won't stand still. The final-turn ride to an undefended block is the signature play.
Watch the Courthouse — its holding cells switch the whole engine off.
